MASSAGE
MIRIMIRI

He hauora te taonga
Health is wealth

A journey to relaxation and insight

Our tinana (body) holds and reflects both physical and emotional experiences, often signalling the need for rest and care through discomfort, tension, or pain. Stress and past experiences can leave lasting imprints on the body, influencing our overall hauora (wellbeing) and sense of balance over time.

Massage therapy can help bring awareness to these patterns, supporting the body to return to a greater sense of ease and connection.

My approach is grounded in presence, intuition, and mindful awareness. Together, we explore your concerns and listen to the wisdom of your body to gently support relief, balance, and reconnection.

session

During your session, I use organic oils and focused pressure on areas of tension and trigger points to help release contracted muscles, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural balance. This approach also helps calm the nervous system, encouraging relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Relaxation Massage is a gentle, holistic approach that supports the whole person, not just sore or tired muscles. Through calming techniques and a soothing environment, your nervous system is encouraged to shift into rest, helping your tinana (body) feel balanced, nurtured, and at ease.

Key Benefits:

  • Encourages deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Lowers heart rate and blood pressure

  • Supports digestion and lymphatic flow

  • Helps release toxins and boosts overall well-being

What to
expect in your
session

During your session, I use gentle, flowing pressure to support comfort and relaxation rather than deep muscular work. You may notice warmth, your tummy rumbling, or even drift into sleep, natural signs that your tinana (body) is settling into rest and repair.

Why invest in ongoing sessions?

Noticeable improvements are often experienced after multiple sessions, as your body needs time to adapt to the work we're doing together. Regular treatments are a great way to manage pain and discomfort more effectively.

Massage also serves as preventative care. Even once the initial issue has been resolved and discomfort has eased, it’s important to maintain regular sessions to keep the body in balance. Consistency helps prevent pain from returning and preserves the benefits we’ve achieved.

Don't hesitate to ask me about these options at your appointment or reach out to me directly.

To support ongoing care, I offer a
10% Reduced Rate
when you book a minimum of
5 sessions in advance.

Koha & Whakawhiti Mahi
