He hauora te taonga
Health is wealth
A journey to relaxation and insight
Our tinana (body) holds and reflects both physical and emotional experiences, often signalling the need for rest and care through discomfort, tension, or pain. Stress and past experiences can leave lasting imprints on the body, influencing our overall hauora (wellbeing) and sense of balance over time.
Massage therapy can help bring awareness to these patterns, supporting the body to return to a greater sense of ease and connection.
My approach is grounded in presence, intuition, and mindful awareness. Together, we explore your concerns and listen to the wisdom of your body to gently support relief, balance, and reconnection.

In today's high-pressure work culture, we often move faster and work harder, leaving little time to ground ourselves and nourish our hauora.
Prioritising the health of your team is more important than ever. I offer onsite massage sessions to help your staff unwind, relieve pain and discomfort from prolonged sitting or poor posture, and restore their energy.
I’ll bring everything needed - all your team needs is a peaceful space and a moment to relax. Reach out for more details and a quote.
Reduced Rates to Encourage Self-Care

Why invest in ongoing sessions?
Noticeable improvements are often experienced after multiple sessions, as your body needs time to adapt to the work we're doing together. Regular treatments are a great way to manage pain and discomfort more effectively.
Massage also serves as preventative care. Even once the initial issue has been resolved and discomfort has eased, it’s important to maintain regular sessions to keep the body in balance. Consistency helps prevent pain from returning and preserves the benefits we’ve achieved.
Don't hesitate to ask me about these options at your appointment or reach out to me directly.
To support ongoing care, I offer a
10% Reduced Rate
when you book a minimum of
5 sessions in advance.
